They are based , I assume , in Bangkok and started off asking which country I was phoning from .... but then address etc and said they would phone back , which they did , within 5 minutes , and updated me on today's power cut in Bophut area from 8.30 am til 3.30pm so a useful service Edited March 4, 2013 by churchill 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
