I dont know where to start as I am a little dishearten now.

I setted up a Company with the intention to do a real business in Thailand. The Company formation was smooth and I got a 3-month Non-B Immg Visa from my home country, which was due in end February. I arrived in Thailand and was given a 6-month work permit. I am now in the process of applying for my extension of stay through an agency.

I was given a one-month extension of stay to facilitate my application process. I was told the Immigration will send their officers to check on my office and the staffs, perform criminal checks on myself in the Bangkok Division before they grant me a one-year Non-B Immg visa.

The check was scheduled to be in the morning and I arrived office much earlier. They never turned up. The agency contacted me and said the IO would like to meet me at a restaurant instead. So I went there with the agency's representative and paid for lunch as well. The IO said will come by my office in the late evening again to check on my office. Again, they did not turn up. The IO said they were held up by some matters and will come by the next day morning. The next day, they arrived much earlier than schedued time and I missed them for just 10 minutes. After contacting them, the IO said they may come back again but cannot give a specific time. The agency told me the IO hinted to them they were looking for Sponsors for their organized event but did not specifically mention they want my sponsor.

What shall I do? What other options do I have to get an extension of stay?

Just let the agency handle it.

As like most cases, these are skeleton staffs but I do pay for them social securities. I hope I will not be implicated in any form, deported, denied other type of visa application, not able to do business in Thailand, or whatsoever.
