One never really knows ... (keep fingers crossed ) but the process involves download the ballot that was emailed to you, filling out the ballot . then sealing that in a blank envelope, which gets inserted into anther envelope containing the blank and an affidavit , signed and dated, which gets mailed to your local USA voter registers office, Tracked on EMS it's aleady in the US and should be delivered by tomorrow- 1

First 90 day report - does it have to be done in person, not online?
They're not. If you look at an approval notification you'll see the name, rank and location of the approving officer and (for me anyway) the location has shown my local imm. division. They don't have to be open to the public for online applications to be processed. -

Really? So next year when I get back to the States I can't rent an apartment where I want and register to vote? Registering to vote is really easy, I can do it it when I get my driver's license right? And then before I leave if there's an election pending I can request an absentee ballot that I can fill out or I can get an absentee ballot packet online in several jurisdictions and drop it off in the embassy. So how do I sound like I don't know state election laws. I sure as heck know the ones from where I am registered to vote since I just voted electronically. Is that what pisses you off? Is that what the demonstrates to you that I don't know what state election laws are? Tell me what nonsense I am mouthing off? Or is it just that I voted for Trump and you're such a trump hater that you lash out with your hate and anyone who voted for him..?
