Visa For A Foreign Consultant Working In Thailand

Featured Replies

Which is the required visa if I have established my own consultancy company in my home country and I come to Thailand to work for the Thailand-based branch of a company from my country (during 90 days)?

What will be the fastest procedure?

Thank you very much in advance for your replies.

The non-B visa is the one to get. But consultancy might be considered working, in which case you would also need a work permit and for that you need to work for a Thai (based) company, not your own company.
