I have a property that I wish to sell in Phuket it is registered in a company name

I have built a new home outside of Phuket and this was registered in the Thai girlfriends name, we have since married

I obviously need an address as to were i stay. So my question is does the Tabbien Bann require my name putting on or do I need a rent book from the wife

Any advise would be appreciated.

That was only a side effect of something that is company owned.

If you live there get your name in a Yellow Tabien bahn book.

I was not aware of the Yellow Tabien Bahn book, and have now goggled and researched

Maybe some time before this is sorted but will post result for others.
