I stay in soi 5 Pratumnak Hill and for last 3 nights I haven't been able to sleep as the construction workers working on the C View project near by have been partying late at night. This morning they decided to start partying again and woke me and I would imagine everybody else in my building up at 7am. Are there laws in Thailand against this type of behavior? What are the options? (Confronting them is not an option)

Tell the the Cambodian/Lao construction workers are making lots noise for best and quickest response. Better results again if this comes from your Thai neighbour or friend.

My greater concern is that hung-over workers with no sleep are building a a high-rise. You can't expect them to have too much attention to detail after partying all night & all morning.

If they were breathylised on arrival there would not be much work done...

Would never buy or rent on the "prestigious" hill...way too much crime, including burglaries and robberies and now I guess noise at all hours of the day and nite. What say I: Welcome to Thailand!

That's a dumb statement omgiminpattaya. It's nothing like that up our way. Welcome to dumpy pattaya and it's your choice to live there. Bad luck also op, buy some ear plugs.
