I have finally lashed out and bought a small apartment in Chiang Mai. Maybe I am one of those "rich farangs" responsible for the property bubble!

But, whatever - my new place is a bit sad with peeling wallpaper, in need of a new paint job and a bit of tiling.

Has anyone had any renovation work done in CM recently? Any recommendations for someone who does a good job?
