Buying Pants Off The Rack

Since I have now given up trying to buy suits/pants from a tailor I will try buying them off the rack. The only problem seems to be that with a 38" waist, the leg size on pants from Central etc seem to be huge, and I have skinny legs. Anybody found a brand/outlet that sells more farang shaped pants?

most central malls normally have a Marks & spencers - the trusty brand of the UK high street, but comes with an imported price tag, if there's a promotion on it normally levels to price to UK MRP.
