Anyone here in Chiang Mai?

I'm making the trek to town tomorrow, so looking for tips on the best place to get a rechargeable battery pack 'refurbished'. They're basically 2 x aaa cells - 2.4v 400mAh (or better) for some DECT phones I planned to sell off. Like an idiot I left them in storage for a year without charging them so they're decidedly kaput...

I just need someone to remove the cable & connector from the old cells and solder it to a new pair of batteries, then heatshrink wrap it. I was going to start at Icon plaza, then Pantip if that failed, but if anyone knows a good battery shop I'd appreciate a heads-up.
