thats it! - thanks very much..

the power of the internet.......

does anyone live at Plenary Park that can give me some pro's and con's ??

Doesnt look like there will be much room, when the car is in the drive way. I have seen several designs like that, and with a big window, facing the car. Maybe good if you like a view of your car.

Would have to be a small car to even fit in there.

Chances are they won't force you to by a car, or squeeze it into that space when you can just park on the road. :)

I'm still intregued by those attic windows.. Is it an additional floor, or would the living room not have a hanging ceiling but more open to the top of the roof, allowing light in that way?

Judging by the Google Street View Imagery it appears to be an additional floor.

No upper floor, at least not in the house pictured in the OP. Very high ceiling in the living room. Friend of mine lives there.

if you got a reasonable size car consider that any amount of time in the sun day in day out will screw up just about everything in the vehicle. Audio, sat nav, wipers, paint work, tyres etc etc. I only rent and move around quite a bit but no decent cover for vehicles its a no no now as leaving out in the sun did screw up just about every thing, same goes for bikes if not covered up.
