Looking To Employ A Thai Man Or Woman

Featured Replies

I want to employ a Thai man or lady and I don't know how to go about finding someone.

Is there an employment noticeboard somewhere that Thai people looking for work might read ?

It's nothing sophisticated so web sites not right.

any sensible advice gratefully received and thanks in advance.

A lot depends on what you want to employ them for .... different groups would have different places to find them.

OK, Then I suggest you ask members who they might have used in the past and who they would recommend.

I think a handy man like this need not be employed full time, just as and when you need him.

Even if a recommended guy is not free he might know someone else. They tend to know each other.

Good luck with that.

We sometimes had a cleaning lady for the house, 5 days a week, very hard to find and they want min 300 bath pr day, sometimes 400 or they are not interested.

Our cleaning lady sadly moved back North and we haven't had any since.

My wife asked a worker in the Moo Baan if he would be interested in cutting the grass 2-3 times a month, yes for 400 bath pr time (can be done in 45 min).

I find it way overprized so I went and bought a lawnmower and do it myself.
