is there a way with out useing you tube?

Convert a .mov file (probably from your camera) to a .flv file using "Super" (it's free) from eRightSoft: http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

Then upload to Youtube. Youtube will not change the file - i.e. re-process it - if it is uploaded in .flv format.

These settings of "Super" work for me:
