Pattaya Chain Snatcher On Motorbike

Hi all ive been comming to pattaya for the last 10 years , i was in a baht bus today at 4 pm when i felt a hand at the back of my neck , a motorbike taxi(wearing green sleveless jacket) rider , i leaned forward quickly & he luckily didnt get my chain , which is fairly valueable(old rose gold kind) i have it off now in my hotel safe for safe keeps, im just staying here for 2 nites , anyway im just writing this to warn others to be alert as to what can happen ,next time your sitting back relaxed in a baht bus looking forward take note whats passing u from behind u in traffic , cheers

Great warning. Being a tourist town, petty theft is quite common. My wife never wears jewelry out at night in Pattaya. Me? I don't have any, so don't have to worry!!
