Proxy For A Committee Member

Is it possible to give someone a proxy such as your local legal representative to represent you both at committee ( as a committee member) meetings and agms thanks.

Our committee rules say no proxies, but there is nothing in the law about this. Your condo regulations might say something.

My feeling is that if there is no rules allowing proxies in the committee meeting then they are not allowed.

Yes. I agree that was my thoughts as well. I was just wondering because we have overseas committee members they are requesting that they will sign a power of attorney to represent them but sign off on the minutes officially themselves.
