Alledgedly paid 10 million Baht to get the appointment, "a position that, thanks to institutional corruption can repay such an alleged investment 20 times over"(in the 2 years he was appointed for). He is also the one who worked with Robert Mcinnes to build a SWAT team of foreign mercenaries, seen cruising trough Pattaya in their huge Hammers, bristling with firearms.

This one wasn't fired. He used to be the chief of a small police station in a village 20km East of Pattaya, and after he switched off the lights and computers during the investigation of gamblers by other policemen, his re-assignment was to become superintendent of Pattaya police station.
