JimmyGreaves
I believe the land department need a letter of minutes saying your company has agreed to buy land as part of the process of getting a chanote I had a quick word with a lawyer I used to use who wanted 6,500 baht to produce this letter. Can I easily do this myself or is this a highly specialised instruction? Myself and gf have over 90% shares Cheers Edited March 22, 2006 by jflundy
backflip
Since your girlfriend was smart enough to talk you out of a portion of you company, you should ask her the question.

Rooo
Jflundy, you have to have the letter (from memory)addressed to the land department. It is minutes of the meeting authorising the application for Chanote.Ask your accountant.

Our professional fee is 1,000 Baht for the minutes. By the way,the minutes have to be in Thai. www.lawyer.th.com
