Cheapes I found for short leasing is around 800-900 baht.

Cheaper I never see.

I ask friends and give the car back always full petrol. So I can get a car always for free just pay petrol.

Anywhere in and around Bangkok is fine, I'm more concerned about the price. I've seen 600 baht rentals in phuket for Nissan NVs (the low 2 door pick up truck with a carryboy).
