I am a farang from America married to a Thai girl and living in our own house here in Thailand..

The house and land are in her name but the car and bank accounts are in my name.

When I die, I want my Thai wife to get my car and my money.

Is this an automatic process that she will get my assets that are in my name?

Write a will.....or transfer the car to her name....transfer your personal bank account into a joint-account with your wife, either one can withdraw...
