You do not have to hide the fact that you are gay in Thailand. This would have to be the most accepting country on the planet. If you have the $$ I'd go to Bumrumgrad .... one of my acquaintances is an ID Dr there (just an acquaintance!) .. PM me if you need help ... check the BH website and you should find your specialist ...
