You do not have to hide the fact that you are gay in Thailand. This would have to be the most accepting country on the planet.

gay GP? not sure that I know any that are self-identified as gay.

There is a msm clinic in Bangkok Christian ... you might schedule an appointment there and ask

wouldn't you be looking for an endocrinologist then? ... If you have the $$ I'd go to Bumrumgrad .... one of my acquaintances is an ID Dr there (just an acquaintance!) .. PM me if you need help ... check the BH website and you should find your specialist ... I think specialists there are only 500 or 600 a visit
