Baerboxer
Very little I'm affraid. Which professional body diploma do you have and what level of membership do you have? Do you have any addtional degrees? Thailand has its own professional body, the PSCMAT, which is affiilated to the IFPM. CIPS has a small membership here. Not sure about APICS and ISM. You will struggle without being fluent in Thai. Logistics operators would be your best bet, but I wouldn't bank on getting an expat package. Avoid the advice about teaching English - unless you happen to be a teacher with a degree. Have a look at some of the threads on this site, and others and you'll get an idea of the issues foreigners face in Thailand.
mccw
Contact tesco, oxfam and such? Learn Thai to a good level would help. Start a related biz of your own?
saakura
If i am right, diploma in Singapore means a shortened version of a full fledged degree course. So it is lesser than a degree.
