What Are Condo Fees On Units Priced 1.5-6M As A General Rule?

Featured Replies

Condo fees compared to US quite reasonable, only isdue from my reading is that they are often used inappropriately.

Anyway, could anyone give me an idea?

Thanks.

What do you mean by condo fees, the annual maintenance charge? These vary a lot but are usually 20-40 baht per sq m per month.

Example:

Bang Saen: THB 30/m2/month service fee and THB 200/m2/year maintenance fee (The Living Condominium).

As previously stated it varies from one development to the next. I pay 28 baht per sq.m per month in Pattaya. I look at one place prior to purchase that was charging 48 baht per sq. meter.

My condo, on Asoke is running around 30 baht/m2/month. But it's an old condo, about 20 years old.

Condo Bangkok 17 year old. 17.5 baht per sqm.

It is a smaller building (8 floors) without gardens and big swimming pool. Small but good fitness.

Excellent management and good maintenance.

I pay 300 baht/sqm/year. Fees have not change since the condo was completed 10 years ago. 10% discount if fees for the year are paid by 31st December of the previous year.

So with jbaldwin the upper end in a presumably luxury condo, 20-40b per m2.

Some condos have an.annual mnt fee as well (presumably.at the upper end as well).

I assume jbaldwins place could be a sort of mix of fees and this annual maint. fees.

So its not at all.cut and dry. Perhaps something around b30.

Thanks everyone
