Right now I'm on a 90-day non immigrant "B" visa and I've heard I can apply for a 30-day extension. Is that true? I'm wondering how the 30-day extension works... My visa expires on June 26, so when should I go to the visa immigration office to apply for it? Do I need to go right on June 26 to get the full 30 days or can I go sometime soon? I don't want to go renew now if it will start 30 days from the day I renew if that makes sense..

Also what kind of documentation do I need for an extension? Thanks!!!

Their is no 30 day extension for non immigrant visas of any type.

The most you could get would be 7 days to leave the country by applying for the extension.
