Can anyone help to acquire a kindergarden licence from the Ministry of Social Development. Tried many times but seem to be having trouble with the staff there every time. My premise had been done up according to their specifications and followed everything accordingly the the guidelines but lacked insider's help. Hope anyone out there can give some advice

They don't give specific answer to our application each time and once submitted, will wait for them to inspect the premise and the answer. Most of the time they usually pick on something superficial and rejected our application. Last time, some of the kindergarden operators said that due to a incident that stir up quite a big fuss in this industry that leads to social problems. That's why they are very reluctant to issue new licence.
