Uploading speeds /.rates around Thailand when traveling ?

I need to upload some fairly large files eg RAW photo files and video whilst travelling around LOS next month, guess I'm restricted to internet cafes and the like ? Any idea what the situation is for uploading around 200mb at a time ? Thanks for any suggestions.

Think around 1mbit upload. A 200mb would be uploaded in about 30 mins in most ideal situations.

Use something like Dropbox or BitTorrent Sync. This way your uploads will be independent of any interruptions in your connections.
