Mobile Phone Shop Staff Chases Down Smartphone Thief

A 19 year-old staff of a mobile phone shop successfully chases down a suspect who had stolen a smartphone from her shop after he had asked to look at the phone.

Pattaya – July 9 ,2013 [PDN]; Banglamung police were informed by locals that a mobile phone shop was robbed by an unidentified man. The incident happened at Soi Nern Plub Wharn, a densely populated area or community.

When police arrived at the scene, police saw a good-hearted citizen that helped catching the robber. From asking the 19 year-old girl who was working at the mobile phone shop, it was known that the robber came into the phone shop and asked to look at a smartphone that was on display. After pretending to have a close look at the phone, he ran away and escaped with his motorcycle, she then said that she chased after the robber and shouted for help from people nearby. As soon as the robber crashed into a market stand, he was caught and beaten up by locals.
