getting a bit fed up with bread pudding i thought lets make some rice pudding,my question is can i use ordinary thai rice or must it be pudding rice.

thanks for that, shall make some tomorrow adding some coconut milk and sultana's and a blob of raspberry jam in the middle.

Don't forget a bit of cinnamon over the top! I used coconut milk as well, lovely flavor and good texture.

Regular long grain and a dollop of bulla double cream heaven on earth

May be a silly question but do many Thais like or eat rice pudding ?
