Applying For Thai Citizenship

I am a 17 year old Taiwanese who has lived in Thailand for 14 years. I am planning to apply for Thai citizenship when I am 18. I can speak, read, understand, and write Thai. I have no criminal records. I studied in Ekamai International School in Bangkok and will graduate soon. I am currently being qualified for interview at Thammasat University for the BBA program.

I have lived in Thailand using the Non-Immigrant Visa continuously for 14 years.

Am I qualified to become a Thai citizen? And how long does the process take?

I know for sure its Non-Immigrant Visa. As for which type of Non-Immigrant Visa, I would assume it is Non-Immigrant Visa "B".
