Any suggestions for a family friendly hotel or resort in Krabi? On the beach, good for a 2 year old. Thanks for any help.

Phra nang inn is in Ao Nang and unless you like that kinda place (typical Thailand beachfront strip-taliors/inet cafes/restaurants etc), I would strongly advise against in with a family. Beach at Ao Nang is horrible to say the least and with whats on offer nearby, not a good choice in my opinion for what its worth. If you do decide on Ao Nang beach however, Phra nang inn is a good choice.

I think youd be far better off getting over to Railay beach:

I stayed at Railay Village Resort with my 4 year old and 60 year old mother from the Uk and had a lovely time there, If you want a place with a pool, theres a nice place a little further down the same beach for a little more money - Railay Bay Resort. Loads of places online to book both and there were loads of families with young ones when we were last there.
