that probably means that the uploader used the youtube video editor tool.

he uploaded it twice with a different frame ratio.

who knows if the real al-qaida is speaking. but its probably real to that fact that these dudes have Thaksin in mind because they holding up a picture of him all the time.

my guess is that it will become big news in Thailand over the next few hours.

I think the picture is edited into the video, as I said look at the pointing finger. It's oversized and seems not to connect to the hand.
