Changing CTH dish to a larger size ?

I will be getting CTH satellite installed in a few days and I was thinking of asking the installer of installing a larger size dish than the standard CTH one (75cm I think). I have heard that the satellite signal from CTH suffers quite a lot from rain fade and I don't want to be missing large chunks of programming because of rain, it's not good for my blood pressure.

Just wondering if others with CTH have experienced rain fade or have CTH through a larger than normal dish ? Also anyone know any of the technical details of a compatible dish, I do believe the signal is in the Ku band ?

I remember I used to have a lot of trouble with True and rain fade until True installed a larger dish, so will try to nip it in the bud this time rather than having to get a larger dish at a later date.
