thaigerd
Need your help and support please: I am working for a big company here in Phuket as a Chef and couple of days ago my boss asked me to prepare like a business plan for food products which we could sale in supermarkets etc. When you go shopping for food what are you looking for but cannot find. Please give me your idea and some suggestions. Food will be cooked only with imported meats and fresh ingredients. My first ideas are: Chili con Carne Beef Bolognese sauce A real good gravy Some good soups(like our mothers did) Roastbeef sandwich It's your turn now, Thanks. thaigerd
Just made the last week at at home with mashed potatoes, green peas and gravy. My wife(Thai) loves them and next day we eat them cold in a sandwich, yummy yummy. But I don't like to use liver, only minced pork. Gerd
jayenram
A decent 'sausage meat' based stuffing would be good for roast chicken. How about curries? The staple diet of UK these days. As far as I am aware, proper, crispy, bite you back, pickled onions are not available (I do my own). I'll think some more ..........

thaigerd
meat , bone and nuts(special huge white one ) How do you prefer your "special meal?": well done, medium or rare. But I guess you like them delivered alive and "cook" them at home by yourself.... Gerd
