Just wondering if anyone here has gone through the process of changing a Ltd Co. name on a DIY basis?

Not really interested in hiring an accountant/lawyer to do what should be a simple job.

I believe you will need a Meeting Report in Thai and a new Memorandum of Association, also in Thai. There may well be other documents and forms.

If it was me, I would use a lawyer of check with my accountant, if they can do the job.

You can find all the information on the Thai business development agency web site to do it by your self...and save a lot of money...

I am sure it is a simple job if you can read and write Thai, and if you do not value your time to wait in line and go through traffic.

The key point being waiting in line.

Hiring a service that does this type of thing should be much cheaper than doing it yourself - unless you place no value on your time.
