A1Str8
Can anybody recommend me an experienced good thai teacher or a good way to find one? No, the teacher doesnt need to be a young thai cutie in her early twenties. I have no trouble finding them. I want to learn to speak, read and write and I would like to achieve that with a private teacher. Any recommendations related to the learning of thai language or what to watch out for when looking for a teacher are also greatly appreciated. The reading and writing course is sensational. http://www.learnthaiinchiangmai.com/ I do like AUA very much. I think it's Khun Oranuk who is great at reading and writing; an older lady with a great passion for teaching. not easy. I am sure I spelled her name wrong, but phonetically it's close. Punkreas
Does the reading and writing course start at zero or do you have to start with their conversation courses before? http://www.learnthaiinchiangmai.com/index.php/course-offerings/group-class

I took the course after 2 conversation classes, but i am fairly certain you do NOT need a pre-requisite. reading and writing starts at the most basic. but i am not 100% sure, sorry.
