I need to find a suitable paint for the inside of my concrete fish tanks , it is not for waterproofing, just looks , it must be non toxic of course to the fish ..anyone used a product here in los thats available and not a ridiculous price?

There have been several threads on similar issues with concrete fish tanks. I could not find the one I was thinking of , but suggest you look through this thread or run another search. Most likely the most suitable paint will also deal with water proofing even though you're only interested in the appearance.
