its for lady staff she carries money at evenings to bank etc.

people around shop knows (taxi drivers, police etc.)

its some thai lady friend asks me if i can help them get that

or may b some other ideas? like gas gun? teasers you can shoot etc

Why not suggest to this lady to do her banking at different times of the day?

Anyone would be fearful banking at the same time of day, especially if others knew.

I think it's only a matter of time before it all ends in tears.

unfortunetely business requires that they carries moneys few times a day

true... this is asking for problems and giving teargas or other tools to a woman who is not trained in using them is asking for bigger problems as this wil not stop a trained thief and when knowing she walk around with large sums they will likely not come alone.

go on diffrent times of the day to diffent locations or pay a small fee to them to pick it up.

but as you stated that there are people knowing it already than there is a big change the deed is already done and now its just waiting till it happens
