Europark Inn? Phone Number Please

Featured Replies

I can't get it anywhere on the net. Does anyone know the number for the place on Suk soi 1?

I hope this is the place you mean:-

Euro Park Hotel

27 Sukhumvit. Soi 1.

Bangkok.

Tel: 02-254-1074/5 02-255-4224/5

FAX: 02-254-1076

I thought no one knew about this place ... you'll never find it on an internet search (well, not until this thread gets googlized).

For those who are curious, it's a somewhat scruffy but very clean hotel across the street from Bumrungrad on soi 7. It's only 1,000 baht a night and the rooms are big, the staff are friendly and it seems to be quiet and safe. It even has free underground parking if you bring your car. It's probably the cheapest decent hotel in lower Sukhumvit, and you can usually get a reservation on short notice (which is more than you can say for some of the other decent places in the area, like the Majestic Suites). Please don't stay there so I can still get a room whenever I need it .... thanks

I've been staying here for 7 years now, never been less than good. Many of the staff go back longer than me and the place runs smoothly. Not full of amenities but cool and businesslike, more a place for those who know what they want and where to get it than tourist hotel.

True but nothing lasts for ever.

That part of soi 1 use to flood pretty badly in the rainy season, but the city dug up the street last year to fix the drains so I hope it will be better now.

The one kind of strange thing about that hotel is that they never seem to ask guests how long they'll be staying when they check in. So they have a hard time managing their inventory. The last few times I called them on short notice for a reservation they weren't sure whether they had any rooms. But when I told them who I was they found me a room ... they do treat their regular guests well.
