Hi I have a retirement visa does the 90 day reporting start from my last entry into Thailand or from my last 90 day report

And another question.

My annual extension was granted about 5 weeks after my last entry into the Kingdom.

Do I need to make a 90 day report from date of entry or from date of extension renewal? I vaguely remember reading that an extension was also considered as a 90 day report.
