BB1950 Posted September 21, 2013 Share Posted September 21, 2013 (edited) Yes, you need the usual business licenses and all software installed on the computers have to be legal copies (the copyright police will do random checks). There may be additional requirements for you to report usage activity. Check with your local administrative authorities. They should be able to give you a complete list of requirements. You'll need someone who's literate in Thai. And if you're a foreigner, you'll need a work permit. It's not easy and usually not worth the effort... low profit margin. Too much competition.
