Vietnamese street vendors and petty criminals arrested by Pattaya Police

PATTAYA: -- Armed with a search warrant issued by the Pattaya Provincial Court, Pattaya Police visited two locations in Naklua where they believed a number of Vietnamese street vendors and petty criminals were residing on Sunday Morning.

A total of 42 Vietnamese Nationals, including one child, were arrested during the operation which began at the Gun Anaek Apartments and concluded at a Townhouse situated 500 meters from the apartment block. At both locations the Vietnamese were detained and items such as flowers, which they would sell at entertainment areas around Pattaya, along with motorbikes were seized.

A number of the Vietnamese Nationals are also thought to be connected to a number of pickpocket cases reported by foreign tourists.

'Where have all the flowers gone, long time passing?'

Pattaya feels sooo much safer now that these pesky foreigners have been swept from the streets.

Tomorrow we arrest the Russian loan sharks....(again?)

snake eggs are easier to collect than full grown pythons

Well if they have to clean up Pattaya 1 warrant at a time, I support it.

''I've been to Pattaya a few times and did not like it.''

''as I've said in all my posts regarding Pattaya, it truly is a cesspool''

so why do you bother posting here?

Bored in Bangkok?

who cares if you support any Pattaya initiative

it won't make any difference to us who actually live here wether you do or not

you don't actually come here to see any benefits of such action

you just sit at your computer, scroll TV for threads about Pattaya that highlight criminality and add some ascorbic comments designed to annoy not enlighten

surely you can find another hobby?

You have every right to live where you choose and to defend you position on that choice, however , others also have the same freedoms to express their opinions in the light of their own experience and perceptions and they are no less valid than yours.

With all these crackdowns amd arrests in Pattaya the streets must look like a ghost town.

Where are all these police?

Whos paying them?

Are the tourists next?

:o
