Thompson anti-sweat undershirt - do they work?

I have been looking for a solution to the annoying problem of not being able to walk more than 50 m outside in a long sleeved shirt without sweating profusely. I found http://www.thompsontee.com/ which apparantly could work because of their padding and fabric technology. So, did anyone try them out and do they work? Are there any local copies?
