Can someone direct me where to report a non-profit organisation selling mutual funds. I recently attended a seminar by a non-profit organisation in Bangkok selling mutual funds disguised as financial investment training.

Well shouldnt your 6 co-teachers be the ones looking for advice of where to report this organisation then ?

They are consulting a lawyer. I prefer this one.

police should be able to guide you in the right direction...in case it isnt theirs in the first place.

That's what I thought at first. But my friends felt it would take a long time to process the whole thing. In the US you can report violation of this to IRS. I though Thailand could have a similar thing.
