Please can someone advise me of the form number for applying for a Permanent Residents multiple re-entry visa as understand that form is not same as non Perm. Resident.

I'm renewing mine next week and my company advised the following is needed;

- renew my alien certificate (I'll get the 5 year one this time),

- forms TM 13 and TM 22,

- 3 photos

- passport,

- certificate of residence,

- alien certificate.

Cost: baht 5,700

You can fill in these forms online on Immigration's website and print them out. Since they are a little bit confusing, I keep photocopies so I can fill them in quickly without having puzzle them out every year. When your residence book is full you need to present your tabien baan too and it takes about three working days to issue a new book.

Since the last 7 years I have had each year a Retirement visa multiple entrees for one year

I still have the copies of the 7 previous residence certificates

Would you think that I could get a permanent resident visa now ? And if YES : how to procede ?

You must be working here with a work permit to get permanent residency.

There is no PR visa. I also doubt you have a visa it is probably an extension of stay.
