Does anyone use or know of an accountancy program that will revert back & forwards to Thai / English. I do not mean for every entry so much as just the categories would do.

Doesn’t have to be a professional program, ----prefer its not----something my wife can use, (& I can check to see she is OK) like Quicken / MS Money type of thing.

Many accountancy programs you can modify the ledger names yourself. You just go over them with her and make them dual language ?
