Sending money from Thai bank to UK bank

I have a debt to pay off and whilst I'm working here I want to send some money back to my UK bank. Looked at western union, but there was no option to send money from my thai bank to my uk bank. BUT OF COURSE they had it the other way round! Any ideas? Suggestions?

You could send Western Union to friend or relative to deposit for you.

 

Go to your Thai bank and do a SWIFT transfer.
