Hi, we from ChiangMai (5 couples, married to Thais) are looking for accomodation, where we can spend 1 or 2 weeks together around PATTAYA. Not too far from beach. Villas, Resort or apartments... Important: to stay in ONE property.

Where do you prefer to stay? Close to beach road and walking street? Jomtien? Naklua? Or further out like najomtien, baan amphur or even bang saray? Bang saray is only a 20 minute drive. What is your budget?

well, near to the beach (appr 200-500m), and not more than 1000 Baht. Location not so important.

Try the Bang Saray Resort. A Brit runs it. Nice Thai style houses and pool.I'ts on the web.

Ten people, one or two weeks together in the same place for 1000 Baht? I take it that's 1000 baht each? A misprint surely.

I know of a new hostel in Pattaya that has just taken a booking for 54 beds for a week in November no doubt they will be able to accomodate 10, but like those before me what does 1000 Baht represent?
