My company is offering me the opportunity to enroll with Aetna for 2014. The first I have learned is their website is complicated and useless. They do direct billing with 2 or 3 hospitals in Bangkok, including Bumrungrad, but if you go to a Chiang Mai hospital you have to pay out of pocket and then apply to Aetna for reimbursement.
