If you fancy something fancy, most of the higher end hotels will probably have special dinners...places like Hilton, Hard Rock, Sheraton, Centara Mirage, etc.

Tequila Reef does them.....or they used to.

Tequila Reef B525 good spread of food, usually sold out every year, reservations only if you don't arrive close to your reservation time your seats will be given away to people waiting outside with no reservations.

Menuet in Jomtiem just around the turn where the statues are on right hand side will have a complete Thanksgiving buffet, turkey, ham, roast pork, 2 kinds of stuffing, real mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie. Starting at 2 pm only B325 and they are a Frugal Freddy Restaurant, show your card.

I stopped by the Menuet and found the menu in the window, and a slightly pricier quote than bob4you posted. Probably still one of the lowest prices for Thanksgiving Buffet Dinner.

Tigglebitties on Soi 17 (nowadays signposted as Soi Regional Land) between Third Road and Thepprasit used to do a good one for 500 Baht. I'm not sure if they still do it, but you can call them on 038 427 101 to find out.

Tequila Reef will I am sure. I have been there many times in recent years. Pig and Whistle does. I found Shenanigans was really fresh and of good quality a few years ago when it was still open at the Avenue. Might be worth checking out in Jomtien. Lek Hotel in Pattaya always does. Has a mix of Thai food which might work if you bring a Thai
