Third entry on my tripple entry visa before visa expires.

Featured Replies

Hi. I got 3 entry turist, i used 2 already.

I look on visa it says valid until 4 december. My visa extension stamp for 30 days says same date 4 dec.

That means i can go to cambodia on 3 dec. And back activate third entry, and then after 2 months extend it for 30 days in jomtien immigration? Even it says valid till 4 dec. That just means my last run should be before 4 dec.

Thank u.

If you are asking the answer is yes you can exit on the 3rd/return for 3rd entry of 60 days and later extend 30 days.

Do that before visa expires on 4 dec.

Then when i back and got it activated it no matter its after 4 dec. It will be valin till next date on stamp 60 days later...

The visas enter before date means just that. Enter before or on that date you will get another 60 day entry that can be extended for 30 days.

It does not mean that it is the maximum number of days you can stay.

my tourist visas always say "date of issue" and"use before" but i never remember the phrase "valid until"

I don't have any tourist visas. But the non-o stamps I have in old passport say must be utilized before and the stickers say enter before.

my latest non-o single entry says enter before

There is no difference in what type of visa you have they will have the same phrase. The stickers are all the same. The stamps I have are from an honorary consulate.

My new passport has no visa in it.

thats why "the valid until" phrase that he says he has on his visa confuses me

It could be from a honorary consulate that is still using a stamp instead of a sticker. They can vary from consulate to consulate.

ah so the valid until would be the 6 months from the time he first entered? and its actually included on the stamp? thats not a bad idea to have on all the visas

Valid until would be from date of issue like the other phrases used that all mean the same thing. Which after that date means visa cannot be used to enter the country.

so a triple entry tourist would have to use all the entries within 6 months of issue? so if a guy wanted to get 30 day extensions on each 60 days, he would have to get his visa issued within a day or two before he entered?

Yes

In order to be able to get the most out of the visa you must get it shortly before departure.

Yes as said before you can exit/return on before the end of the 4th for a new 60 day stay and then extend another 30 days.
