in Bkk. Like to hear your opinon and experiences.

Hi rien,

I go to Bangkok Nursing Home Hospital on Soi Convent just near Sala Daeng BTS.....a 5 min walk. It is at the Sathorn end of Convent onleft side. Just walk in and r3egister with the hospital - take passport.

A crown here cost me about 12,000 baht. I thought the cost was pretty good as in Australia it cost me 4 times that amount before. The dentist who saw me was a specialist and was very good. they are all educated o/s. Anyway, give them a try. I have never had any trouble there and pain wise ...nothing. I will admit that during my crownfitting the dentist was a perfectionist and sent the ###### piece back three times to have it re done because he did not like the fit and the colour.

As a result I now have a perfect fit and colour so i appreciated his attitude. To make things better, he charged me only two times duirng the treatments......one for the first session to remove old tooth parts and then at the end when he finally got the piece to fit. All the ones in betweenwere free. Sure it was a pain in the butt to go there four weekes running but worth it inthe end. Highly recomended.

There are many small Private Dental Clinics in Bangkok

Just look for the Mercedes outside to spot

the popular/successful ones.
